Understanding Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the discs, joints, and bones of the neck (cervical spine). It is extremely common — most people over 60 have some degree of cervical spondylosis, though not all experience symptoms.

When symptomatic, it can cause neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and in more advanced cases, nerve compression symptoms in the arms.
